- The committee will endeavour to hold all comps but weather and other unforeseen circumstances may cause a comp to be cancelled. This will also include the current fuel problems.
- In the event of a cancellation a text/WhatsApp message will be sent to all members by the Secretary as soon as practicable. Please have your phones charged and turned on.
- If a comp is cancelled the committee will reschedule the comp to a comparable date.
- On weekend comps it is a member’s responsibility to book accommodation. Information on options will be given out at the preceding general meeting and members may discuss sharing cabins etc.
- Any changes will be marked in red.
- May and June fishing schedule will be advised at a later date if we need a catch up comp or for social get togethers.
